Bag Filter Material

A three-dimensional network formed by a specific arrangement of fibers effectively intercepts dust particles in the air.

Structural Characteristics

• Fiber material and arrangement: glass fiber, polyester fiber and other materials are typically used. The fibers are interwoven in a specific way to form a three-dimensional network that provides stable filtration performance, and fiber density can be adjusted as needed.
• Layered structure: some filters use a layered design, with a lower-density outer layer for initial capture of larger particles and a higher-density inner layer for capturing smaller particles, filtering particles of different sizes more effectively.
• Filter bag design: bag filters usually have multiple filter bags, the number depending on specification and use. The bag mouth is sealed to prevent unfiltered air from bypassing. Internal metal or plastic support grids maintain the bag shape and ensure uniform filtration.

Application Scenarios

Bag filters are widely used wherever air purification is required, such as central air conditioning and ventilation systems. They capture dust particles of 1-5 microns with an efficiency between 60% and 95%. Specific applications include:
