All products are supplied on a back-to-back basis: we place the order with the manufacturer once your purchase order is confirmed. The lead time and delivery terms are stated in each quotation.
Lead times
- Lead times depend on the product, the manufacturer, the quantity and the certification options. The indicative lead time is stated in each quotation.
- The confirmed date appears on our order acknowledgement.
Shipping and Incoterms
- We ship worldwide by air or sea freight through recognised forwarders.
- Incoterms (EXW, FCA, CIP or DAP) are agreed in the quotation. Unless stated otherwise, prices are EXW China or EXW Dubai, as indicated in the quotation.
- Import duties, taxes and local clearance are the buyer's responsibility unless DAP or DDP is agreed in writing.
Documents supplied
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and the product certificates (ATEX / IECEx) available for the ordered model. Additional documents can be provided on request.
Receiving your order
Please check the goods on arrival and report any visible damage or missing item in writing within 7 days to info@assinovglobal.com.
