KOSO is a Japanese group specialised in control valves, severe service valves, chokes, actuators and valve instrumentation for oil and gas, LNG, power and process industries, with plants in Japan, India, China and the United Kingdom (Kent Introl).

Founded in Japan more than 60 years ago, the KOSO group (Nihon KOSO) designs and manufactures customized control valve solutions used in over 70 countries. The group includes KOSO India (Nashik plant and steel foundry, more than 800 custom valves per month), KOSO China and Kent Introl in the United Kingdom, specialist of choke valves and severe service control valves for oil and gas.

The range covers globe and cage guided control valves, KOSO VECTOR velocity control severe service valves, surface chokes, desuperheaters, segmental ball and high performance butterfly valves, pneumatic diaphragm and cylinder actuators, smart positioners and accessories. Quality systems to ISO 9001 and API Spec Q1, with PED, ATEX, SIL and IBR compliance available.
