SARA Induction Bend up to R=10D, DN 50 to DN 1400

Hot induction bends manufactured by SARA to project geometry, with bending radius up to R=10D, from DN 50 to DN 1400. Induction bending gives long-radius bends with controlled wall thinning and ovality, used where standard elbows would cause excessive pressure drop or where pipeline pigging requires large radii.

Bends are produced to EN 10253-2 Type B, EN 14870-1 or ASME B16.49, with optional tangent lengths at each end. SARA, a family-owned Romanian manufacturer since 1991, works under ISO 9001, PED 2014/68/EU (TÜV Rheinland) and DNV approvals, with its own ISO/IEC 17025 accredited test laboratory.
