The forged steel gate valve is a compact rising stem isolation valve for small bore, high pressure lines. The body is forged from carbon, low temperature, alloy or stainless steel and the valve uses metal to metal sealing for tight shut-off. It is offered with threaded (NPT), socket weld or butt weld ends in Class 800, and as a flanged version from Class 150 up to Class 1500.
