Product Features
- Usage: terminal air supply outlet for clean rooms; widely used in the electronics, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, hospital, food and other industries.
- Frame: aluminum profile, anodized surface.
- Diffuser: galvanized steel plate, one-piece molded air outlet with lifting lugs.
- Air outlet face: air valve adjustment hole, resistance test port and aerosol injection port.
- Air valve: adjustable downstream of the filter.
- Filter material: fiberglass filter paper.
- Gasket: jointless polyurethane.
- Sealant: polyurethane.
- Separator: hot melt adhesive.
- Protective mesh: powder-coated steel mesh, white; available on the air face.
- Efficiency: H13 (EN1822) ≥99.95% @ MPPS (≥99.99% @ 0.3 μm); H14 (EN1822) 99.995% @ MPPS (≥99.999% @ 0.3 μm); U15 (EN1822) ≥99.9995% @ MPPS (≥99.9999% @ 0.3 μm).
