PANAM High Pressure Pipe Fittings cover a complete range of threaded connections for high pressure instrumentation and hydraulic systems, with working pressures up to 15,000 psi (1034 bar) and higher ratings on request. Working pressure meets the requirements of ANSI/ASME B31.3 at ambient temperature.
Straight fittings are machined from bar stock and shaped fittings from forgings; elbows have a radius junction for a smooth flow path. All NPT threads meet ASME/ANSI B1.20.1, every fitting is marked with size, material and heat code, and threads are capped for protection. Fittings are offered in SS 316 as standard, with brass, Alloy 400, Alloy 600, carbon steel, Hastelloy, duplex 2205 and duplex 2507 on request.
PANAM fittings are 100% factory tested and comply with NACE MR0175 and NACE MR0103 with heat code traceability.

Part numbers give the fitting type, each port size and thread type (N NPT, R ISO tapered, G ISO parallel, M metric, S SAE, J 37° flare, SWL swivel, JSWL JIC swivel), the material and the pressure rating (15K 15,000 psig or 10K 10,000 psig). Example: PHN-4N-4N-SS-15K = hex nipple, 1/4" NPT both ends, SS 316, 15,000 psig.
