Product Characteristics
Activated carbon filter element: made from high quality nutshell charcoal and coal-based activated carbon with food-grade binders, produced using special processes. The compressed activated carbon element is wrapped with a layer of filter material inside and outside. The non-woven fabric ensures that the carbon core does not release carbon powder, and the outermost plastic mesh cover gives the element a neat, complete appearance. Both ends of the carbon core are fitted with soft rubber sealing pads to ensure a good seal when installed in the filter housing. Finished elements are tightly wrapped in plastic film to prevent contamination and keep them fresh. The element combines adsorption, filtration, interception and catalysis, and requires no filter aids or post-filtration after carbon treatment. It effectively removes organic matter, residual chlorine and other radioactive substances from water, and provides decolorization and odor removal.
Application Scope
Activated carbon filter elements are suitable for the purification of process water and solutions in semiconductors, electronic devices, printed circuit boards, electroplating, food and beverage and other sectors.
