Product characteristics
The disc quick-release filter element minimizes cost and is convenient to install, replace and maintain. Thanks to the disc upper cover, it is no longer necessary for the powder cabinet to be twice the height of the filter element for disassembly. Once the disc cover is screwed onto the powder cabinet, disassembly can be completed in a few seconds by hand, without any tools. The disc quick-release filter element matches the equipment well and is widely used in the industry.
For disc quick-release powder filter elements with a height of less than 1000 mm, the inner and outer six-lug quick-release covers are made of plastic; for heights above 1000 mm, the outer six-lug quick-release cover is made of metal to meet stress and tensile strength requirements.
