Product characteristics
Through research and development of filter materials and accumulated engineering experience, PPS+PTFE blended, PTFE+P84 blended and other filter bag types have been developed for flue gas conditions with high oxygen, high sulfur and high temperature. Raw materials include polyphenylene sulfide, Teflon and polyimide fibers from DuPont (USA), Toray (Japan) and Toyobo (Japan), as well as domestically produced fibers, and the bags can be used long-term under 240°C. The blend improves service life and environmental performance for high-concentration, high-humidity dusty gas. These bags are used in straw power generation, waste-to-energy plants, carbon black plants, steel plants and cement plants with demanding operating conditions.
