The AG-CLN-101 is an electric steam cleaner built for classified hazardous areas in petrochemical plants, refineries, oil and gas facilities and chemical sites. It produces dry high-temperature steam in about 60 seconds from cold and removes oil, grease, wax and process deposits from equipment, piping, pumps, tanks and floors without chemical solvents and with very low water use.
All electrical parts are housed in flameproof enclosures: explosion-proof control box, flameproof three-phase motor and oil-resistant armoured cables, so that an internal ignition cannot propagate to the surrounding gas atmosphere. The unit runs continuously under PLC control, with water-shortage, overpressure, leakage and emergency-stop protection.
