This unit combines very high pressure and high water temperature to remove heavy oil, bitumen, grease and sludge from equipment, skids, tanks, vehicles and floors. Water is pressurised first, then heated in a seamless 304 stainless steel boiler, with an adjustable outlet temperature up to 190 °C. A heavy-duty 7.5 kW motor driven by a vector frequency converter adjusts the working pressure from 0 to 25 MPa.
This is a standard industrial unit and is not explosion-proof.
