Product characteristics
When filtering ultrafine dust particles, filter materials must have the smallest possible filtration pore size while maintaining air permeability, in order to effectively block and collect dust particles, and must keep shrinkage to a minimum at elevated temperatures. These acrylic punched felts use high-strength, low-elongation industrial filaments as base cloth, which improves the overall tensile strength of the filter material and suits it to flue gas filtration with high air volumes.
