Product characteristics
Many industrial dusts can explode or ignite when their concentration reaches a certain level (the explosion limit) and they are exposed to an electrostatic discharge spark or other ignition source. For example, flour dust, chemical dust and coal dust can explode in the event of electrostatic discharge. Therefore, during production of these punched felts, conductive fiber is incorporated into the warp of the base cloth, or conductive fiber or conductive material is blended into the synthetic fiber to achieve the required conductivity.
