Product characteristics

Bag-type dust collectors for dry-powder mortar production lines and dry-mixed mortar equipment follow a system design of local enclosure and centralized treatment, using efficient pulse-jet bag dust collectors to collect and recycle the dust generated on the line. The main dust sources on a dry-powder mortar production line include the mixer, raw material storage bins, conveyors and packers.
Roof dust collectors for large raw material tanks: the production line stores bulk raw materials such as cement, fly ash, sand, rubber powder and additives. Dust is generated when these materials are loaded by pneumatic conveying, and roof dust collectors effectively control dust emissions from the tank bins.
