The PANAM HB (hex body) series needle valves connect pressure gauges, transmitters and other instruments to process lines, and allow easy isolation, venting and calibration under pressures up to 10,000 psi (689 bar), including in hazardous and corrosive media. Block and bleed versions add an integral bleed port for venting the instrument side before maintenance.
Each valve is 100% factory tested (hydrostatic test to MSS-SP-99 at 1.5 times working pressure, seat test at 1.1 times, plus nitrogen test at 1,000 psi), with heat code traceability. Materials comply with ASTM specifications and NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 versions are available for sour gas service.

- Safety bonnet lock against accidental disassembly, and safety back seating in the fully open position
- Rolled and hard plated stem threads, stem polished to 16 RMS for long packing life

- Metal to metal body to bonnet seal, dust cap and stainless steel T-handle
- Options: locking handle, anti-tamper key, ball tip, low temperature, oxygen cleaning, Grafoil packing for high temperature
