PANAM in-line filters are compact direct flow micron filters for applications in confined spaces, protecting system components from solid and suspended particles. The body, element, spring and silver plated O-ring are assembled in a straight-through design; the filter is removed from the line to replace the element.
Bodies are SS 316 (ASTM A479) with SS 316 sintered or mesh elements. Each filter is hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times maximum working pressure and leak tested with nitrogen at 1000 psi (69 bar), with heat code traceability.

The code gives filter type (IF in-line, TF T-type), series and size, thread type, end connection (F female, M male, MF, FM), element type (SS sintered, ST mesh), pore size, material (SS 316 or B brass) and options (SG NACE, OXY oxygen service). Spare kits use P-SE codes, e.g. P-SE-IA-ST-40-OXY. Catalogue example: P-IF-IA-2N-MF-ST-40-SS-SG.
