The PANAM stabilized connector provides a dependable connection between the orifice fitting or flange and the manifold on direct mounted differential pressure installations. Its construction transfers radial stress away from the NPT connections, reducing the risk of thread damage. The short type installs without shoe; the long type gives more clearance from the process line and installs with shoe.
Versions with integral needle valve or integral ball valve combine block valve and stabilized tap, joined by a coupling nut so the valve installs without rotation. Each valve is hydrostatically tested to MSS-SP-99 (1.5 x shell, 1.1 x seat) and with nitrogen at 1000 psi. Products are 100% factory tested and comply with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 with heat code traceability.
