The PANAM flushing ring is mounted between the diaphragm seal (flange or cell type) and the process flange using standard gaskets. Its flushing inlet and outlet ports allow the pressure chamber to be vented, drained, filled with a cleaning liquid and flushed without dismantling the system, removing deposits and keeping pressure measurements accurate.
Flushing rings are 100% factory tested up to their maximum pressure rating with no detectable leakage, comply with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 with heat code traceability, and are rated up to 10,000 psi (689 bar). They can be supplied with plugs, needle valves, ball valves or long pipe nipples on the flushing ports, and are cleaned and packed per PANAM procedure PWI/5.7/21.
