PANAM purge blowback assemblies keep instrument tap lines clear by supplying a controlled purge flow through calibrated flow cartridges. The function selector handle and service valves give Purge On (normal operation), Purge On and Test (checking for a blocked cartridge or insufficient purge differential), Purge Off and Test (safe cartridge or gauge replacement after venting) and Fast Purge (high flow to clear tap lines, under manual control).
The double assembly (PDPA) serves both legs of a differential pressure transmitter and can include a 3 or 5 valve manifold, with the schematic acid etched on the body. Units have 1/4" NPT purge inlet and 1/2" and 1/4" NPT outlets, with an optional 2" pipe mounting kit. Every purge is 100% factory tested and complies with NACE MR0175 and MR0103 with heat code traceability.
