PANAM prefabricated instrumentation hook-ups provide sturdy, compact assemblies for flow, pressure and level measurement that eliminate or reduce impulse lines by using sandwich construction valves. The primary isolation valve can be a full or reduced bore, metal or soft seated ball valve, gate valve, globe valve, needle valve or double block and bleed, integrated with the instrument manifold.
Assemblies are built from 3D models and PDMS drawings with in-house FEA, individually packed per tag number with full traceability. Testing includes material, dimensional, hydrostatic, seat leakage and performance tests, with vibration, NDT and helium leak tests on request. Hook-ups can use ultra low emission valves to ISO 15848 leakage rates A or B.
