The BVALVE BV25065 ASA (carbon steel) and BV25066 ASA (stainless steel) are straight pattern bellows sealed globe valves to ASME standards, available in Class 150, 300 and 600 from 1/2 to 10 in, with raised face flanges to ASME B16.5 or butt weld ends on request.
The multi-layer stainless steel bellows, welded to the stem, is backed by a pure graphite TA-Luft safety packing and a metal back seat, giving a zero-leakage stem seal on steam, thermal oil, gases and aggressive or toxic media.

Designed to ASME B16.34 and tested to API 598 according to the manufacturer. The manufacturer declares PED 2014/68/EU conformity and TA-Luft packing, with helium leak testing and an ATEX version available for its bellows valve range. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and test reports are provided with the quotation.
