BVALVE Bellows Sealed Globe Valve BV25065 / BV25066, PN40 Carbon Steel or Stainless Steel (DN15 to DN300)

The BVALVE BV25065 (carbon steel 1.0619 / WCB) and BV25066 (stainless steel 1.4408 / CF8M) are straight pattern PN40 bellows sealed globe valves for demanding applications, from DN15 to DN300, with flanged EN 1092-1 or butt weld ends.

The welded multi-layer bellows, secured against torque, combines with a full size TA-Luft graphite safety packing and a metal back seat to give a reliable zero-leakage stem seal on steam, thermal oil, gases and aggressive media.

• Free-rotating conical plug (360°) for a tighter closure and a seat kept clean of particles
• Full size TA-Luft safety packing in pure graphite as a second barrier (PTFE on request for chemical applications)
• Stainless steel cam profiled bonnet gasket coated with pure graphite, in tongue and groove bonnet flanges (PTFE on request)
• Metal back seat: mechanical open-position limit and zero leakage in case of bellows failure
• Non-ejectable stem; oversized handwheel and position indicator
• Zero leakage, seat tightness rate A to EN 12266-1

Standards and certification

Designed with flanges to EN 1092-1, face to face to EN 558-1 and seat tightness to EN 12266-1 rate A according to the manufacturer. The manufacturer declares a TA-Luft certified safety packing and a bellows life cycle per MSS SP-117 for its bellows valve range. Certificates and test reports are provided with the quotation.
