The BVALVE BV25061 is a straight pattern bellows sealed globe valve in grey cast iron EN-JL 1040, rated PN16 and available from DN15 to DN300. A multi-layer stainless steel bellows seals the stem, with a pure graphite safety packing as back-up, giving a maintenance-free stop valve with zero external leakage.
It is intended for steam, thermal oil, hot water and process lines in industrial boiler houses and process plants.
Key features
- Free-rotating conical plug (360°): lower contact surface for a tighter closure, self-cleaning of impurities and no vibration transmitted to the stem
- Multi-layer stainless steel bellows (double, triple or quadruple wall depending on size), welded to the stem and not to the plug, minimum life cycle per MSS SP-117
- Non-ejectable stem with mechanical stop and metal-to-metal back seat in the open position
- TA-Luft pure graphite safety packing as a second barrier behind the bellows
- Tongue and groove body and bonnet with graphite and stainless steel bonnet gasket
- Hard-faced plug and seat; zero leakage, seat tightness rate A to EN 12266-1
- ACME thick thread stem, robust yoke with opening indicator, ergonomic handwheel with anti-friction bearings and lubricator, stroke limiter

Certificates and test reports are provided with the quotation.
