The BVALVE BV25064 and BV25063 are straight pattern bellows sealed globe valves with a body and bonnet in nodular (ductile) cast iron EN-GJS-400-18-LT. BV25064 is rated PN16 from DN15 to DN300, and BV25063 is rated PN25 from DN15 to DN200.
The multi-layer stainless steel bellows, backed by a pure graphite safety packing, provides a zero-leakage, maintenance-free stem seal for steam, thermal oil and hot water up to +350 °C.
Key features
- Free-rotating conical plug (360°): lower contact surface for a tighter closure, self-cleaning of impurities and no vibration transmitted to the stem
- Multi-layer stainless steel bellows (double, triple or quadruple wall depending on size), welded to the stem and not to the plug, minimum life cycle per MSS SP-117
- Non-ejectable stem with mechanical stop and metal-to-metal back seat in the open position
- TA-Luft pure graphite safety packing as a second barrier behind the bellows
- Tongue and groove body and bonnet with graphite and stainless steel bonnet gasket
- Hard-faced plug and seat; zero leakage, seat tightness rate A to EN 12266-1
- ACME thick thread stem, robust yoke with opening indicator, ergonomic handwheel with anti-friction bearings and lubricator, stroke limiter
