PANAM high and ultra high purity fittings are designed for critical applications requiring stringent control of particles, contaminants and process media purity. They have a smooth radius design for improved flow and reduced particle generation, a precision machined bore matched to the tube ID, and burr-free square tube ends for accurate weld alignment with manual or automatic orbital welding.
Two series are offered: Micro Weld (short) fittings and Long Weld fittings, in reducing unions, 90 degree and reducing union elbows, 45 degree elbows, tribows, union tees, reducing tees, extended branch leg and extended run leg union tees, union crosses and weld rings.
Three cleaning levels are available: standard (Ra 15 μin, mechanical polishing, individually bagged), high purity (Ra 10 μin, electropolished, double bagged in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom) and ultra high purity (Ra 5 μin, electropolished, double bagged in an ISO Class 5 cleanroom). Each fitting is laser marked with PANAM, material grade and traceability ID.

Part numbers combine P (PANAM), fitting type, series (M micro weld, L long weld), purity (H high purity, U ultra high purity), size and connection type (TB = tube butt weld) and material (SS 316, SSL 316L, 6V 316L VAR, 6VV 316 VIM-VAR).
