Price, lead time and certificates in every offer
PANAM weld fittings provide permanent welded connections that withstand pressure impulse, system vibration and temperature cycling. The tube socket end design meets and exceeds ASME B16.11 for ease of socket welding, and the design parallels the Schedule 80, 3000 pound fitting pressure class.
The range includes male and female connectors, male and female elbows, male run and branch tees, unions, union elbows (90 and 45 degrees), union tees and crosses, reducing unions, weld adapters (tube socket weld x pipe butt weld) and pipe to tube butt weld connectors. Straight fittings are made from bar stock, shaped fittings from full section forgings, and quality machining of all ports ensures consistent welding.
Stainless steel weld fittings are supplied solution treated and are capable of passing ASTM A262 tests for susceptibility to intergranular corrosion. They are also available in compliance with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 and NACE MR0103 / ISO 17495-1 with heat code traceability. TIG welding is recommended.
