PANAM flange adapters provide a simple, safe interface between pipe flanges and instrumentation fittings, eliminating the need for pipe threading or welding and the extra connections between process piping and instrument lines. The design integrates a PANAM tube fitting end with a standard flange in a one piece, integrally machined forged body with wrench flats.
Flange ends are dimensioned to ASME B16.5, EN 1092-1, DIN EN 1092-1 and JIS B2220, with raised face, flat face, ring type joint (RTJ) and tongue and groove sealing faces. Bore through versions are available. Pressure ratings follow ASME B16.5 for ASTM A182 F316, from 275 psig (Class 150) to 6000 psig (Class 2500) at -20 to 100 °F, limited by the lower rated end.
Adapters are available in materials compliant with NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156 and NACE MR0103 / ISO 17495-1 for sour gas, with heat code traceability, laser marking where possible and EN 10204 Type 3.1B material test certificates.

Part numbers combine PFLA, tube fitting size (01 to 32, or M03 to M50), nominal flange size (F08 to F32 for NPS, 15 to 50 for DN), pressure class, sealing face (RF, FF, RTJ, TG), material and options (SG for NACE MR0175, SGR for NACE MR0103, BT for bore through).
