Flanged Swing Check Valve (ANSI 150 to 600, JIS 10K / 20K, GB PN16 / 40, 1/2 to 24 in)

The flanged swing check valve prevents reverse flow with a hinged disc that opens under forward flow and closes against the seat when flow stops or reverses. It has a bolted bonnet giving access to the disc and arm.

The valve is cast in WCB carbon steel with 13Cr trim or in CF8 / CF8M stainless steel and is offered with ASME, JIS and GB flanges.

Designed to ASME B16.34, BS 1868 and API 6D (ASME version) or GB/T 12236 (GB version), with flanges to ASME B16.5, JIS or JB/T 79.1, face to face to ASME B16.10, JIS B2002 or GB/T 12236 and inspection to API 598 according to the manufacturer. The manufacturer declares ISO 9001 certification and CE marking; certificates and test reports (API 598 pressure test, material certificates) are provided on request with the quotation.
