Trunnion Mounted Flanged Ball Valve (Class 600, JIS 10K, Q47 PN16 to PN100, Soft or Metal Seat)

In the trunnion mounted ball valve the ball is held by upper and lower shafts, so line pressure is carried by the trunnion bearings rather than the seats. This keeps operating torque low and suits high pressure and large diameter lines. The range covers soft seated ASME and JIS valves and the Q47 fixed ball valve with spring pre-loaded metal seats.
